I am an experienced, qualified adult psychotherapist working in Greenwich town centre and the City of London. I work mostly on an open ended basis but also provide short term work depending on consultation outcome and individual needs. Generally I have experience of working with anxiety, depression, family and relationship problems, sexual identity, addictions and various employment and education pressures.
Having background experience working as a Samaritan in the late 90's and at MIND, I then went on to train clinically as a psychodynamic psychotherapist at Roehampton University/WPF London. Post qualification I have worked at the WPF therapy clinic in Kensington and London Bridge. Since 2011 I have been working in private practice.
I am an accredited member of the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the Council for Psychoanalysis and Jungian Analysis within the the UK Council for Counselling and Psychotherapy (UKCP). As such I am accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). I am a fellow member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC) and am bound by their requirements for continuous professional development and their code for good ethical practice. I am fully insured and have clinical supervision in place.
